Join the private resident's Facebook group "Green Square by Mirvac Community" to find more opportunities for connection. Use the group as a jumping off point to other special interest groups within your community. Here you can stay up to date with resident and community news and receive invitations to special events and activities organised as part of the Welcome+ program.

luxury resident amenities

Accessed via street level of The Frederick building, our recently opened community Co-Working space, Wellness Centre and Music Room are proving to be very popular with our community. The lucky residents of The Frederick are also taking regular advantage of their luxury Sky Lounge and dining room with extraordinary views of the city skyline.

If you haven't yet visited these beautiful community spaces, drop down and take a look. The Music Room, Co-Working space conference room, and the Sky Lounge for The Frederick residents, are bookable using the MYBOS app.

space for family & Fur friends

Opening soon is the Podium Courtyard located behind Portman on the Park - a fabulous space where The Portman Collection, Portman St Terraces and The Frederick residents can connect with friends and family in the peaceful BBQ and garden area, reserved exclusively for their enjoyment.

We haven't forgotten about our furry friends, either. The Resident Dog Wash Room will also be available soon to help keep your furry friends always looking their best.

Green square markets

Have you visited your local weekly market lately? Enjoy a relaxing morning out in your neighborhood and connect with producers, artisans, designers and growers just across the road at the Green Square Markets. Drop down this Saturday and pick up some fresh produce, gifts or flowers – with the vibrant array of goods available, you’re sure to find something to love.

Green Square Markets, Green Square Plaza, Zetland. Every Saturday 8am-2pm.

 

Meet your welcome+ coordinator

As your Welcome+ Coordinator, Lisa Parkinson, will be curating a tailored program of activities, events and interest groups, to provide you opportunities to connect with fellow residents and the local Green Square community.

Lisa's role is all about helping create opportunities for genuine moments of connection, and building a welcoming and inclusive community with you. If you have any questions, or some great ideas, please get in touch.
